About the Fen Edge Community Association

The Fen Edge Community Association (FECA) is a registered charity (Charity No. 293020), formed in 1985, which works to benefit the community by supporting clubs, groups and societies which improve the educational, social, recreational and leisure facilities in the area of the Fen Edge Patch (Cottenham, Landbeach, Rampton, Waterbeach and Willingham – population c.16,000), the catchment area of Cottenham Village College.

Membership of the Fen Edge Community Association (FECA) is open to clubs, groups and societies. By their membership fees or by taking part in and assisting with various events organised by the Association, funds  are generated for grants and projects. Funds are also generated by the advertising content in the Fen Edge News. Grants are intended for ‘start up’ purposes or for assistance on a one-off basis.
