Annual 2nd Cottenham Scouts Jumble Sale

The annual 2nd Cottenham Scouts Jumble Sale will be held at Cottenham Village College on Saturday 20 January 2018 from 1pm to 3pm. Please help us to raise vital funds to support 2nd Cottenham Scout Group (Beavers, Cubs and Scout Groups in Cottenham) to cover the overheads, maintenance and utilities costs of the Scout hut to enable the group to retain its venue.

It is the biggest fund raiser for the 2nd Cottenham Scout Group during the year. The Jumble Sale will have lots of bric and brac, books, clothes, toys, etc, raffle, cake stall etc. Come along and grab a bargain! Admission for adults – 50 pence, children free.

We are looking for donations of the following:

Clothes (no underwear/tights please)

  • Linens
  • Books in good, saleable condition (no magazines please)
  • Toys
  • Bric-a-brac
  • Time: volunteers are essential. Please get in touch

Please note we are unable to accept donations of large items of furniture or televisions. Items can be dropped off at the front of Cottenham Village College 9am-11am on the day. We also offer a donations collection service for the elderly and disabled – please email us at: 2ndcottenham@googlemail.com or telephone 01954 200165 to arrange for collection on the day.
