Member Organization meetings cancelled

Due to the novel coronavirus outbreak many member meetings have been cancelled or postponed.  The Spring/Summer 2020 Fen Edge News edition was finalized before the current restrictions were known,  and lists the usual broad range of member organization events.  These are now not accurate.

The following organizations have cancelled or postponed meetings:

  • Fen Edge Archaeology Group – April and May meetings
  • Cambridgeshire Bird Club – April and May meetings
  • Cottenham All Saints’ and Friends of
  • Cottenham Community Centre – closed until further notice.  The Community Centre looks forward to welcome customers again as soon as normality returns.
  • Cottenham Gardners Club
  • Cottenham Tennis Club – all events until after Easter
  • Cottenham Theatre Workshop – spring production cancelled
  • Landbeach Society
  • Landbeach Tithe Barn – March and April meetings
  • Friends of Worts Meadow
  • Rampton ’77 Committee – Relay
  • Sustainable Cottenham
  • Willingham Bowls Club – Community Scheme on hold
  • Willingham Gardening Club

These changes are reflected in the online calendar by adding “Cancelled – ” or “Postponed – ” in front of the item.
