Marquee Hire

The Fen Edge Community Association owns a marquee, which it makes available for hire to member groups.

Notes:

  • Cost is £100 per event. FECA may cover this charge with an equivalent grant of £100 where a worthy cause/Fen Edge Patch community benefit is evident. This is subject to filling in the grant information below and approval by a FECA committee.
  • FECA will provide assistance with risk assessment, erection and dismantling. A minimum of 6 further volunteers are required for the physical work on both the day the marquee is erected and the day it is removed.
  • The marquee includes festoon lights.
  • The FECA marquee is not available for private functions
