Dance and movement class for children and their parents/carers

Forget about your serious everyday life and spend some really wild fun-time with your child. As you give your child your undivided attention and presence, you nourish your child’s joy and happiness.

Our Dance and movement class for children and their parents/carers will take place at Cottenham Community Centre in the Main Hall on Saturday 4 March from 11 am to 12 noon.

The essence of the class is all about hearing, following and mutual contact between the child and the parent. We focus on relationship, joy and play. Come ready for some animals’ races, choo-choo, pits and tunnels, and a lot of hugging.

Catherine Gilgenast- who will lead the classs – is an occupational therapist, pedagogue, art therapist and dancer. Catherine has 15 years of professional experience working with children, including those with learning and behavioural difficulties or mental/physical disability.
