All are welcome to join our walks in 2018 and find out more about our activities. There is no charge. Please note the details in your diary and it would be very helpful if you can confirm your participation with the Walk Leader at least one week before the date – walk details may have changed and we want to ensure that you ‘will never walk alone’. Saturday 20 January
Rampton Circular – A brisk winter morning walk of about 7 miles. Meet at the Cottenham High Street junction with Broad lane for a prompt 9:30 am start (finish about 1 pm)

Saturday 17 February
A circular walk from Horningsea to Lode Mill of about 6 or 7 miles.

Saturday 17 March
Walking on water: An 8.5 mile (7 miles version possible if needed) figure-of-8 walk exploring the Hanson-RSPB Ouse Fen wetlands. Waterproof footwear and windproof clothing will be essential and walking poles are recommended. Please bring a packed lunch. Meet 10am at RSPB Needingworth Car Park – TL348 727. If lifts are needed meeting by request at CVC at 9.30am

Saturday 28 April
A walk of about 8 to 10 miles covering the villages of Cambourne, Bourne, Caxton and possibly Longstowe taking in the Nature reserve and Bourne Brook. Please bring picnic. Meet at CVC or start point at time and place T.B.C. Full details to follow.

Noughty but Nice
Did you know the Meridian Line passes through Cambridgeshire? Join us for walks following the footpaths in Cambridgeshire, some crossing the Meridian Line. Walks range from between 8 and 11 miles each day. A full list of the walks will be available on enrolment. 4 Days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), 9.30am – 4pm, £44 for 4 days (or £11 per day)

An 8 mile walk from Guilden Morden to Ashwell. See the source of the Rhee also free entry to Ashwell Museum may be possible. Pub lunch available. Meet 9.30am at CVC or 10.30am in the car park at the former Three Tuns pub, Guilden Morden TL278 435 SG8 0JP (to be confirmed) Early booking would be appreciated by Edward and the Pub.

A 9-10 mile walk. Abbots Ripton OS Explorer Map 225, Ref. 231781. Meet Abbots Ripton at 10.00am. A14 North T/R A141 Huntingdon T/L Abbots Ripton, go past the post office, on right T/R for Winnington parking on right by school, 100 yds. Bring packed lunch.
