Friends of All Saints’ Church, Landbeach – Garden Fete Saturday 12 July

The Friends of All Saints Church, Landbeach (FOALs) invite all to join with us at this year’s Garden Fête, at the church from 2–4pm on Saturday 12 July.

Attractions this year include Brass Band performances by the Cottenham Brass Beginners and Juniors, Have-a-go Hand Bells, try out the (entirely safe) tower training bell and (optional) learn about the science of bell ringing, a 15 minute talk by national swift expert Dick Newell on The Swifts of All Saints [which can be seen on camera nesting in the church tower].

Again this year, steam train rides are offered in a nearby garden, and we have traditional village games, bric-a-brac and book stalls, cream teas, Pimms and refreshments.
